This modern air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is conveniently located 200 metres from both the sea and the central harbour area of Bol.

It is only a short walk to local restaurants, café-bars, shops and the famous Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) beach.

The spacious apartment is well appointed and situated on the second floor which gives excellent sea views towards the nearby island of Hvar from the south facing loggia (covered balcony).
It is the perfect holiday home for up to 4 people.

 

Apartment A2+2 2nd floor

Apartment Jaquie A2+2 The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (built in 2005). The apartment is 40m² in total comprising living/dining room with kitchen area and shower room and one double bedroom.

The living room has patio doors opening onto a large south-facing covered balcony or loggia. There is also an entry phone system. Bedroom – one double bed, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, dressing table and chair, hairdryer.
From the bedroom window there are views inland towards Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the Adriatic islands. Bathroom – fully tiled with large shower cubicle, w/c, large wash-basin and cabinet with mirror.

Living room/kitchen area – the comfortable sofa provides seating for 4 and pulls out to become a fully-sprung and comfortable double bed.
There is a colour television with DVD, video and satellite and includes a selection of Videos/DVD’s for use by guests staying in the apartment.

Patio doors open out onto a good sized loggia which is equipped with table and 4 chairs, providing the ideal place to enjoy a drink or meal whilst taking in the sea views towards the island of Hvar.r />
