HOW TO MAKE A
RESERVATION
1. You first choose the accommodation unit which will best satisfy
your desires.
2. send us reservation request for the unit you are
interested in.
3. In 4 hours you will receive an answer and option for reservation
if apartment is available.

If you decide to confirm the reservation, we will send you full calculation
which contain all the costs clearly stated, together
with the amount you need to pay as a reservation confirmation.
5. To finally confirm the sent reservation application,
it is necessary to make the reservation payment within 3 days upon
the receipt of the final calculation. The advance that varies from
20% to 30%.
6. After we receive the deposit or the
authorization of the guest's credit card, we will send
reservation confirmation and all the necessary information about the owner of the reserved unit and
its address via email.
7.The rest of the amount, up to the complete value of the
arrangement, the guest pays on the arrival day to the owner of
reserved accommodation unit.
THE SPECIFIED PRICE
INCLUDE
A daily rent of the accommodation
unit, bed linen, equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and cutlery,
and water, electricity and gas spent during the guest's stay.
GUEST'S OBLIGATIONS
Respect the home rules of the reserved
accommodation units, and cooperate with the hosts with good intentions
Show the host the voucher with the correct number of persons and
type of services to be provided at the arrival to the accommodation
unit.
In case of not respecting the above
stated obligations, the guest bears responsibility for all the possible
costs and damages.
CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
Information
about the owner and the address of the reserved accommodation unit. Immediately
upon receiving the payment confirmation, or the approved authorization
of the guest's credit card we will forward all the important
information about the accommodation to the guest. This information includes:
owner's full name, accommodation unit address, accommodation unit
phone numbers, full address of the owner and all the useful owner's contact phone numbers.
